Hi. My name is Larry, and I’m selling my house in Omaha to Harter Investments Actually, I’ve sold the house to Harter Investments. They’re good people, nice family. They came in, they told me upfront before they came out how they would pay for the house. They quoted everything to me. Then they came out and checked the house, talked with me, and I sold the house to them. I’m very pleased with what I received and what I can do with that money. I have a home down in South Texas and that’s the reason why I’m selling my house fast in Omaha. I really enjoyed the experience. It was a good experience and I enjoyed it and it worked out fine for me.
